Summer Camps

Art Classes

Students gather in our bright and beautifully lit art room to receive step-by-step instruction on unique projects. Whether they are making gifts for their parents, painting Easter eggs, or decorating gingerbread cookies for the holidays, students are given the freedom to use their imagination to create one-of-a-kind pieces of artwork.

Click the camp tile to learn more and register!

The Mobile Arts Outreach Program works together with Louisa County Public Schools to bring free art programming and free meals to under-served youth in our community throughout the summer! We will also used the LAC art bus for other community outreach events and classes around the area.

Scholarships

Scholarships are made available by the generous support of the LaVahn & Mary Frances Hoh Scholarship Fund. This fund ensures each and every child has the opportunity to attend any of our youth programs and events with their friends.

Click the relevant link above to open and fill out the scholarship application form. The form can be completed on the computer and submitted electronically for approval or a printed copy can be picked up and filled out by hand at our box office Tues.-Fri. from 11am-2pm.

Theatre

Between our annual youth theatre production and our theatre classes and camps throughout the rest of the year, there is always a place for our community’s young thespians at the Louisa Arts Center.

Dance

Our dance programs and classes are open to movers of all levels. Students at the Louisa Arts Center get the opportunity to learn a variety of dance styles, including jazz, ballet, and tap. Students will enjoy learning a variety of dance techniques, steps, and combinations and performing with their friends.
