ABOUT THE SHOW

This show will feature the work of Darius Quarles, an artist born and raised right here in Louisa.  A self taught artist, he describes his style as “unleashed”.   Producing over 200 original pieces a year, his works are in numerous private collections throughout the US and he has participated in hundreds of art shows and festivals.  Now living in Durham, NC, Darius will join us in the Purcell Gallery for the Opening Reception.  Be sure to come give him a Louisa welcome and see his dynamic and thought-provoking work.
