Sponsorships
JEWEL SHOW & SEASON SPONSORSHIPS
When you sponsor a show or a show season at the Louisa Arts Center, you will receive the benefits listed below based on your sponsorship level (open benefits lists by clicking on a sponsorship level below).
Apply to be a sponsor using the link at the button below!
- 1 page ad in all 3 playbill brochures for the season (Fall, Spring, Summer)
- 10 tickets to any show within the sponsored season, excluding fundraisers and special events
- 3 Social media sponsor posts with your logo or name throughout the year (Fall, Spring, Summer)
- Recognition of season sponsorship with logo or names in our weekly Arts Blast e-newsletter throughout the season
- Recognition of season sponsorship with logo in our Community Sponsors and Partners list on our website throughout the season
- Name and/or Logo on ticketing website page for your sponsored events
- Name and/or Logo on LAC television sets before all shows (not including fairground events)
- Name and/or Logo on promotional slideshow that plays in our Center when the Center is open
- Recognition live on-stage at each performance of your sponsored season
- Name listed in donor list published in all 3 playbill brochures for the year
- Personal meet ‘n’ greet with the artist(s) of their choice within the sponsored season (pending artist agreement)
- Private tour of the Center at an agreed upon time
- Engraved brick on the Terrace of the Louisa Arts Center
- 1 page ad in playbill brochure
- 8 tickets to any show within the sponsored season, excluding fundraisers and special events
- A social media sponsor post with your logo or name the week before the shows you are sponsoring
- Recognition on sponsored show’s advertisements in our weekly Arts Blast e-newsletter
- Name and/or Logo on promotional slideshow that plays in our Center when it is open
- Recognition live on-stage at each performance of your sponsored event
- Name listed on your sponsored event’s playbill brochure page and
- Name listed on your sponsored event’s flyer
- Name listed in donor list published in all 3 playbill brochures for the year

- 4 tickets to the event you are sponsoring

SPECIAL EVENT SPONSORSHIPS
Our season encompasses main stage events that take place in our 205-seat Cooke-Haley Theater, but there are many other programs at the Louisa Arts Center that could not happen without the support of our generous donors. Some are ticketed events, while others are completely free to the community as part of our community outreach initiatives. Our special event sponsors will receive the benefits listed below based on their sponsorship selection (open benefits lists by clicking on a sponsorship option below).
Silver Tie Gala Sponsorship
- 6 complimentary tickets to the Silver Tie Gala (or season event of your choice)
- “On Stage” Sponsorship recognition at event
- Printed Sponsorship recognition displayed at event
- 1/4-page ad in spring playbill
- Logo or names in slideshow during event
